I find it impressive how people don't know that since the S20, super slo motion is FAKE, pure frame generation, like DLSS or motion opera effect on TVs. Basically, it's about 480fps transformed into 960fps, and the end result is always a DISGRACE. the Galaxy S9 does a real 960fps. It's much more impressive
There's loads of videos where you can obviously see the skipping in frames where the AI doesn't know what to do. It's a shame because Samsung KNOW how to make amazing slowmos
man i have the s20+ and when i do super slow mo, it doesnt look like this at all. no frame skips, just slow mo. yes i did water. yes, no skipping frames. i dont know what youre talking about.
You say is fake I agree average consumer has no idea where to look and how to check for professionals yes easy however most phone owners aren't no pros therefore Samsung will use AI and get away with it.
Samsung lying to their customers like Chinese phone companies does.😂 This is obiviously fake slo-mo. At least let us capture videos in real 480FPS option which even mid tier phones have.
Be sure to check your quality settings are set to their highest, I was pretty impressed with the quality of this capture. (it looks amazing on a 4k screen) The fact it looks none fluid shows just how many frames it has captured!
no one is talking about the visual fidelity, how sharp the image looks...... we're disappointed that the water falling out of the popped balloon looks like jelly, it stutters and doesn't "flow"... it's just thick and lumpy, not smooth..
@jjmmjj9999 All true, there are also a lot of apple fans. Check out the latest water / fluid slow motion comparison for the s24 ultra. The Non Ai (without fake frames) looks way better.
@@matt-s24i own an s24 ultra. The frame generation being inserted to make the video appear slower isn't great. That's what i'm saying... look at AMD fluid motion frames, it's the same principle. Fake frames that are "guessed" and inserted
Me too, (s24) they have improved the slow motion by giving the freedom to now choose. Still good visuals either way, fake or not. I'm looking forward to the bright summer when it will be at its best for slow mo.
@@matt-s24 can you explain what it can do? Is it possible to turn off fake frames and capture REAL frames only and what is the max real fps? Im asking about the s24 ultra.
