Announced on 18 March 2004 and released in May 2004. There's a version with a different fascia called SGH-E820, which was mostly T-Mobile branded secondhand.

Here in Ukraine we never had T-Mobile, but one of my school teachers used to have an unbranded E820 back in 2005. It was a really nice model, love it.

uff the memories my mom used to have this phone and i literally used to go through all the ringtones and sounds just like this 😄 i remember them too! my mom used to have ‘ham’ as her ringtone or alarm, rest in peace mom, i love you! i miss you! sweet nostalgia
