I downgraded from android 11 to android 9 then used the pc samfirm tool to jump to a browser - downloaded notification bar and packagedisabler then did the last part of this video and it worked. Because I downgraded the firmware I didn't have to do most them steps seeing I was able to load apk's easily.

pakege disabler is not working you just install Samsung drivers again and tested by samfrim tool

OMG all you guys says use TalkBack but am I the only 1 person who's TalkBack keeps saying that the commands you say to tell it will not work?? You are not doing anything but being part of the problem when I thought u to be the solution.
