I'm the biggest Samsung fan having used almost all note series phones(ultra), but I have to admit the iPad Pros with M4 and that new dual OLED screen is miles ahead when I compared it with tab S9, even if tab S 10 series has been upgraded it's still not the same upgrade as the iPad Pros with that behemoth M4 chip. Most of the people will use a tablet as an entertainment/productivity device and when it comes to entertainment Dolby Vision IQ HDR on Apple is supported by every streaming service but HDR 10+ is only supported by Amazon prime videos, which basically negate the benefit of having a bright screen as streaming platforms only SUPPORT up until HDR 10 (and Dolby Vision no HDR 10+). When it comes to productivity the M4 is hands down a laptop grade chipset and cannot be compared with Mobile specific snapdragon or mediatek unless they put elite X on tab series. The difference between rendering a video is in minutes not seconds compared to snapdragon 8gen3 vs m4 (yes rendering matters on the tablet because people use tablet as a replacement for a laptop) AND THE BRIGHTNESS OF IPAD PRO SERIES WORKING DOLBY VISION(IQ) DYNAMIC HDR ON NETFLIX, DISNEY+, APPLE TV+, HULU ETC, IS CONSIDERABLY HIGHER AT 1900 NITS (EVEN IF APPLE SAYS 1600) AT 25% WINDOW. ALSO THE MANUAL BRIGHTNESS IS CONSIDERABLY HIGHER AT 1050 NITS COMPARE TO TAB SERIES WITH 600 NITS.

@@TechticsDaily thanks I wanted to share my experience as I compared both the tablets thoroughly when I wanted to buy a do it all laptop replacement device (as a table ) and the upgrade to tab S-10 ultra from S9 is not needed to be honest. also purchasing a tab series without snapdragon X elite is just purposefully choosing Samsung just because we as an android community have prejudice against Apple (for valid reasons sometimes). But when it comes to money we have to swallow our prejudice against Apple and choose what is actually a good product. AND THOSE IPAD PROS ARE REALLY A TANTALISING PROSPECT WHEN IT COMES TO PRODUCTIVITY. (I hate the fact that magic keyboard is that expensive)

@@shree397, did you use both of the tablets hands-on or just compare them by looking at specs/going to stores? If that is so, then there is a difference. And for Samsung, it doesn't make sense for them to put Snapdragon X elite in their tablets because they already have Book4 360 that comes in the category of a 'do it all' device.

@@subarnadutipaul3146 this is the problem with android tablets, if you want to compete with Apple you have to put in X elite or else it is like bringing a knife to gun fight(or in IPAD PRO case ballistic missiles because there is no match with that chip set). I DID hands on side by side, tested almost every aspect thoroughly. Tested screen brightness with lux meter, performed 4k rendering on both devices M4 did it in 4.5 min tab S9 took 21.6 min (huge difference).now S10 is not radically different to S9 its incremental. Both mediatek and SD8Gen3 or even upcomming 8gen 4 is not as powerful as M4 (obviously it's a full fat laptop chip). Also tested streaming in every app available and except aspect ratio on samsung (which is amazing as almost no black bars) Tab S9 falls miles short in HDR, brightness, and color accuracy. Even the quad speaker output on Samsung sounds like a Chinese speaker loud but still Chinese speaker when compared with incredibly rich sounding iPad Pro 13 inch (yes the sound is not as loud as Samsung but it is so rich in comparison that you wonder if this sound is coming out of a tablet) The reason I am raving so much about that M4 chip is because it beat My laptop i7 14700hx with rtx 4070m 8g, in every task I put it to work(sure it's not as versatile as a Windows laptop but on the go it's an incredible powerhouse) As much as it hurts as an android guy IPAD PROS M4 ARE LEAGUES AHEAD MAN.

for the first tab... better choose the newest series... but if you have using samsung tab before.. you can use my rule tab s6 -- tab s9 tab s9 -- tab s12 (but dunt know in the future) since i heard tab s10 is using mediatek.. so i dont really know the performance.. but tab s10 until s12 itu still a long ways to prove the mediatek performance on tablet

I have a S9 Ultra and won't be upgrading to the S10 Ultra due to lack of meaningful benefit. That being said, my wife has a Ipad Pro and I hate to say it but that tablet blows my S9 out of the water as far as build quality, robustness, app smoothness and performance. We use both our tablets for games, watching videos and editing videos.

The reason they are giving away a free slim keyboard is the fact that they are out of stock on the full sized keyboard with trackpad. Unbelievable that a company would introduce a product like this with a keyboard out-of-stock on day one. Can you see Apple doing something so crazy as this?

Very good work sir I had s9 ultra using from 8months whatever I feel is the processor 8gen 2 perfectly fits for s9 ultra but when compared to snapdragon & dimensity processor snapdragon is the best compared to others.....! The main difference is s9ulra will get 4 OS updates but s10ultra will get 7 OS updates....! But I had doubt whether dimensity processor can withstand for 7 years or not.....?

I've always mentioned in my videos that 7 years of updates can feel more like a gimmick. There’s so much that needs improvement for devices to genuinely last that long. For instance, displays (like the Greenline issue), battery deterioration, and processors struggling to keep up with advancements in AI. Plus, if we compare everything else-like RAM, charging speed, and cameras-from a 7-year-old flagship like the Note 8, it's clear 😒

i compared the tab with S9 Ultra, so I didn't compare it with 8 gen 3. Dimensity is cheaper than 8 gen 3 but its still a flagship chip from mediatek. Even it is better than 8 gen 3 in CPU performance. they didn't reduce the prices but they didn't increase it either. 😊

@TechticsDaily maybe people didn't notice this but it may compensate the lack of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 on the Tab S9U... Tab S9U have 16Go of RAM where on the Tab S10U only have 12Go of RAM 😅😅😅 I still remember when I just order the Tab S9U for 1400€ and got it only one day after the official presentation in July 2023 😅

The differences are invisible because there are zero meaningful upgrades. I have the Tab S8 Ultra and the Tab S9 Ultra because I need 2 large tablets. The 9 is noticeably better than the 8.

But, if I trade it in for the tab10+ they'll give me 350 credit🙂‍↔️ that's fucked up. Before the 10 came out I was thinking to switch to the 9 and they were giving me 500 credit, I should've get it then😢

Can you explain if the screen is matte or it is glossy but with a better anti reflective coating. Those are not quite the same. Eg. S90d vs s95d screen
