Where did you get your wallpaper? I got the one4wall app you recommended and purchased the pro option but haven't seen any Christmas wallpapers. I purchased it back in October after seeing the awesome Halloween wallpapers hoping they'd do Xmas ones just as nice.

I have an S22 Ultra. It's on a November 1 update for the Google Play System. Did the check for updates and said mine is up to date. No problems experienced. This was, however, after my phone updated to Android 14, this morning, so I'm not sure if this got patched when the Android 14 update was applied. Also running OneUI 6.

The last time I update my Samsung phone, a green line appeared on my screen. I'm able to fix it for free because of my active warranty. So I'm afraid to update it anymore as I already used my warranty:)

I can't even install Google play system update past July. Also would love for them to push out updates hopefully in the next few months to fix one ui bugs. Still not as smooth as it was with beta 9.

Happening on my Tab S8 Ultra (UK model). Currently on October version. My Tab S9 Ultra and S23 Ultra both check normally.

I've had issues with wallpapers not updating on the galaxy theme store when I update them. It still says update.

I got the update on 12.19.2023 and having problems with my pass code. When I enter in my passcode as of yesterday it wants me to click 'OK' and it has taken away the option to not having to select 'OK'. It's no longer there!!!!

I have a Galaxy Fold 5. I have updated several times, still stuck on October play services I think, and it sometimes prompts me to update, restarts, no update. And I STILL have no One UI 6 update, not via smart switch app, not via phone, nothing. I get no updates.

I have an unlocked S23U with the July update. It showed that it was downloading, and then it did the restart. After the restart, I checked again, and it's still showing July 2023.

After I installed One UI 6 I made a factory reset and since then I only can update to 1. July 2023. And on my other device (Fold5) I still have the october update but I haven't factory reseted it.

Just checked mine and mine says Oct 1, 2023. So my play store was updated before I ever got Android 14 and oneui6. Mine says up to date.

Im experiencing slight green tinge in my low light front camera pics on my s23 ultra... It happens when i take a pic from the front cam in v dark env and screen lights up to provide light .... Does any have any clue what could be causing this??

Since the update when I use Maps the voice does not work unless I reboot my phone every time. I have never had problems with this phone until this update. It also locks up the screen once in a while. Hopefully they get the bugs worked out soon. Thanks for all you teach us about our phones

My Amazon music app keeps closing. It will play a song or two then close. I have to shut down the apps and reopen it to have it do the same thing. Not happy.

I just received Android 6.0 and mine did the exact same thing yours did I restarted it and it went back to July 1st and I actually have a note 20 Ultra also which is ahead of it at October 1st 2023.

I have an s22+ ulocked on mint in the US. It has had the otober 1 update since november. The other day it checked and got stuck. I turned it off and on a couple of times, turned off my vpn and it finally got an update, but the update is still october 1.

Mine says download update. It does everything like it would be updating. It restarts, but doesn't actually update.

S20 FE seems to be fine. I have the November Google Play update running on mine. Im in South Africa though, devices here seem to be updating just fine, a friend has the S23 Ulyra and he also has the November patch.

This issue has been plaguing the Google Pixels since the Pixel 6...this Google Play System updated on my new S23 and i'm on the One UI 6.1, Android Version 14 and GP System update from 1/1/2024....once this update happened I have different issues plaguing the phone, battery drainage, applications not on correct timezone etc....would be great to know if this has been corrected or being worked on

I have a S23+ and mine's on the September update, last time i tried to update it, it would download, then restart as normal, then I went to check on it, it was still on the Sept. update, but, the update option was gone.

i have a newly refurbshed note 20 (not the ultra, just the 20) , everything was fine until i let it do the most recent One UI update (dec 17 2023) ....now my phone is completely unresponsive. the only way i can get it to do anything is to either plug in the charger (charging circle pops up for a secnd) or doing a hard reset, which shows the start screen and th samsung screen, then only a flash of my screensaver before going black screen. what should i do?, nothing else works.

The update doesn't work on my A53, Fold5 and S23!!! Samsung?!?!?! And the Fold5 still has the October update on it! After resetting the A53 and the S23 to factory settings, I only get the July patch on both. You know that after you completely reset a device to factory settings, you have to reinstall the Google Play system updates again and again and with my two devices (A53 and S23) I was told in the July update that everything was up to date ! And I haven't reset my Fold5 since the One UI 6 update. Otherwise I would have the same problem!

On May 14th there was a Samsung update and now my phone won't reboot properly it keeps stopping at the provider logo and it won't leave the provider logo cause me not to get into my phone it won't boot up properly so I can't even get into the phone how do I fix this... I had to put mine in safe mode to update it multiple time it will eventually go to an up to date patch just takes a few times

Fold 4 - using RU-vid with display closed then opening it up causes a lag where the screen goes black for a couple seconds. Never happened before the update.

Samsung A53 5G. I checked it, last update was July 1,2023. Tiktok will not open. Very strange.

My motherboard got corrupt after the last software update on 6 Dec, 2023, of which samsung are saying that it's not the problem due to software, however I know that it's due to that as well. Any proof that this all happened due to latest software by samsung. My handset is A53

Just saw this video and checked my S23 Ultra and S20FE 5G. The S23 Ultra did the full update process and restart, but Google Play system update still shows 1 July 2023. The S20FE 5G was on May, but is now on 1 November 2023. I am in the UK.

I'm still on one ui 5.1 on my s23u and have Nov Google play update installed

@jspring86 I double-checked my S23 Ultra (Factory Unlocked, US) after watching this. Mine was on the October Update with an update available. I ran the update and checked again. The version hadn't changed and now it's hanging like yours did when checking again. I guess I'll wait and see.

It happened to me last month. When stopped it say I had 4,444 apps but not in English! I had to reach out to Samsung for help. Mine was the October update for Google. It took 2-1/2 hours to get my phone back to normal. She did try to back up😢. It had to be erased/factory reset 😭😭😭

Is it just me .or anyone else with s22 experiencing problem with cellular network . Like there is no network. Can ONLY make calls or receive messages if connected to WIFI. Otherwise no network at all .cant even make calls without wifi.

Ive had no end off application problems that i have never had before for instance i use to be able to have a game open in background for hours and go back on it normaly. And now i go off it for 5 seconds and it refreshes. And before i use to be able to play a facebook game with little to no issues now everyday i have to wipe the data for it to work. (None off the apps updated before or after this samsung update) found out it was samsung webview i updated and it still crashes

My samsung says I have an update, I download, it runs all fine, finishes up setting my apps, and when it's all done it will tell me the same update is ready for me to install like I didnt just update it. It's mind melting

I don't think it's a Samsung issue. I have a hotwav tablet and it was also stuck on the checking for updates screen. I turned of wifi, restarted the tablet and it was good to go.

Had it on my ZFold 5.. Had to keep redoing the update like 5x before it took..

Yes the problem started on my S23 Ultra about a week ago. It's broke! Unlocked in the UK. I update regularly. Mine now is at 1 October 2023. but not updating. Broken!

Ive been without service forna month because nov patch. Have tobuse sim in another phone. Samsung even banned me today from the members community for trying to find solutions on why tons of devices lost service after a patch and can use the phone in direct sight of a tower only. Then im reverted back to july patch now wtf is going on lol

Go to setting about phone and software information update google play system update your phone will restart just like a software update this will fix all problems

I just checked my note 20 Ultra and it had another update now it's on November 1st so it's 5 months ahead of my S21 and the 20 Ultra is Verizon. My s21 is t-mobile.

A20 has deleted my emergency alert settings(they're gone), I'm now getting Amber Alerts in the night with no ability to turn off, Inside notifications the 'advanced' button is MISSING! The only 'ALERT' in my phone is earthquake. Anyone have this problem?

I got that problem too on my s23 ultra and my tabs 7 Plus it seems it keeps doing that it doesn't upload it just continues to go on and on and on and on it doesn't do anything on my phone it says July 1st so I clicked on that and it didn't work so you're right Jeff it is a bug so we're going to have to wait see what happens take care😢😢😢😢😢
