It’s a famous ghazal of legend poet Imdad Hussaini.. it was published in his poetry collection : “Hawa Je Samhoon/ ھوا جي سامھون” (in 2000) it was sung by Arshad Mahmood somewhere in 1975-1976. It was the most popular kalam of all “فرمائشی پروگرام “ on radio or TV. Arshad Mehmood tell a Tale to Sain Imdad Hussaini in an stage show that: “he was in an Artist’s Group to perform in America - among audience few people asked : “if you can sing a Sindhi song?” So he sang : “Samund kinare ..” and dollars 💵 start pouring as a “ghor’a / گھور “ as Sindhi do. And when the program came to an end, people sitting in the hall again shouted to sing “Samund Kinare” once again, so he came on stage and started singing : Samund Kinare Wari’a Jo Ghar Thahyose, Tokhe Chahyose!” And once again dollars started raining / this is a good gesture of Sindhi’s all over the world that they give #ghor_e”.
