He’s gonna drive it and let us know if he notices anything that needs to be addressed. I just kinda went through it and checked everything I could see and made sure it was good to daily drive
I have some forest with trails to test these little guys in! Pretty cool toys Clint, someday when I'm in town long enough maybe I can give you a tour of my project(s) out here in Wasilla.
Sure she needs a lift kit.. replace the Cal-Suckey Shackle reverse. I started outpatient therapy and started driving again. Just cant shift yet May 1 will be 90 days since my stroke. Slowly getting back to closer to normal. always love your videos.
i was really hoping to get my ex's 1999 isuzu rodeo, it's in such bad shape, but it still runs, it never has oil changes cuz around 220,000 mile mark she started burning oil so much, just kept adding more in, i know, but it's complicated, so now she has 300,000 miles and i think only some of the cylinders work still, it looks like a civil war reenactment behind us when we start the engine up, it only smokes a little bit after startup, i dunno where all that smoke comes from though, anyways i was hoping to get it and do something fun , but she's gonna blow it up for sure, it makes me want to cry , tbh, i cant even drive, i never took the tests lol (i'm 43, i didnt want that kind of responsibility laid on me at the time, peoples lives in my hands, i'm old and jaded now, i'm gonna go take the test, i'll drive something small.) cool video, maybe i can drive a samurai around
I need to bring my 87 Sami in...I got no power and lose speed going up a slight incline...also...I had some work done on the tranny and they put the wrong fork in it and now I cant get into 5th gear!
My rear driveshaft disintegrated on my way to work Thursday and I lost part of it somewhere before I could get it shut down, which one would you recommend replacing it with? Also I noticed they offer 2 different sizes. My flanges measure 2 1/4 inches but everything I’m seeing is labeled as 8mm, 10mm, or 14mm bolts but nothing about flange size. I ordered one a while back as a backup from Suzukipartsusa but it’s flanges are to big. Mines a 88.5 and from what I understand they could either have earlier or later model parts depending on when they were made. I can’t ever get anything that’s easy to work on😂
My rear driveline was made by a machine shop that’s no longer around, but Tom Woods is who most people recommend for drivelines. My front driveline is a high clearance Toyota driveline with the double cardan joint that a local fab shop built for me. Since it’s Toyota flanges I’m using the LowRangeOffroad Pentadapter on both ends. My recommendation is to do something similar, get on market place and find you a Toyota front driveline with the high clearance cardan joint and have a machine shop fab one up for you.
