Why don't you start making your own broth instead of putting so much sodium in your body. There's a huge amount of salt in those seasoning.packets and then you added soup base which has 220 mg of sodium for just 1/2 of a tsp or 1g. And, you added cheese that has a lot of sodium. Every time you eat like that, you blood pressure shoots up and then your kidneys have to work very hard to try to filter out the sodium and other chemicals. Eventually, you're going to have health problems. Homemade ramen is amazing. It will still have sodium but you can control the amount.
