im still flabbergasted lol like the team that fumble 3 times (twice in the redzone) is the team that wins . Brahmas got that winner's blood in em for sure
Brahmas are the best. If they had a kicker that didn't miss or didn't have a QB problem (which sucks because they have the slickest and fastest recievers/runners). They would be a perfect team. This was by far the worst offensive game they've played since week 2 and they still won. They only lost to St. Louis by a TD, and only lost to DC (2nd matchup, away from home) by a TD as well. Then stomped both the Panthers and the stallions at home. Regardless of record, they really have pretty much been the best all season and I didn't realize it until I binge rewatched all of their games.
As a Roughnecks fan, this was a brutal loss. The D plays great ball and the offense let them down. I am furious about Guarantano starting over Sinnett. Why? If an offense can’t win with 4 turnovers handed to them by the D, you are a wretched offense.
Yet another Comeback by the Brahmas San Antonio Brahmas in the 4th Quarter are the definition of Clutch. Can never count them out regardless of how good or bad their performance is. Definitely Dark Horse for the UFL Championship
I really hope the UFL stays Sorry but I am doing one of those cringe thank you for this many likes but this is the first time I have had more than 5 likes
That was like two sumos slamming into each other over and over, going nowhere. Neither really had any offence. Roughnecks playing with what may aswell have been a 1 handed QB, and Dormady just throwing into the wind.
This is a good league to watch. It's great because after the NFL season is over, us true football fans have our favorite sport to watch. It's like having football all year round.
Roughnecks coach from last season is Wade Phillips who is coaching the Brahmas now. Why he left Houston for San Antonio, only he knows. Now the offense is horrible. Defense is trying to keep them in games.
@@DurianKing70 He didn't leave. This year's Roughnecks are last year's Gamblers franchise. That's why they're in the USFL conference. They just kept the Roughnecks name from the XFL team.
@@martyklestadt6766 Thats right, For this game, I forgot that part. Yes, I know its the Gamblers franchise, with coaches, players, etc. I wish they would have kept the Gamblers name instead.
@@DurianKing70roughnecks have a bigger brand than the Gamblers. Gamblers never played a single snap in Houston. It sucks the original team isn’t around anymore but I understand why the league chose to keep the name
The fact that the Brahmas had 2 fumbles around the opponents 10 is insane. Remember seeing it live yesterday. These games have some whacky fun moments.
I was at this game, came out in the rain and all just to watch us blow a lead. It seems like this team will find a way to lose everytime 🤦🏾♂️ I hope we can get better next season assuming we’ll even still be around, miss the roughnecks from the 2020 xfl with PJ Walker at QB, that team was something to watch
couple of pretty bad sunday games for the UFL ngl, it happens though. I'm glad we got to see a hot arlington team and a close hard fought battle between the 2 best teams in the league on Saturday.
Thanks San Antonio that comeback cliched a playoff spot for Michigan Panthers. Top 2 teams from each division get in the playoffs. Michigan is 5-2 both teams below them in there division are both 1-6 with only 3 games remaining.
Both of these teams deserved to lose. After 2 quarters, the Brahmas averaged 1 point per drive inside the RZ. They benched Dormady after he generated tons of offense, even though the issue was the terrible playcalling, then with Hogan they actually started calling smarter plays at the last minute. The Roughnecks basically played to lose the entire time, sticking with a bad QB who had a BROKEN WRIST for multiple drives when highly-capable Sinnet was just sitting there healthy. Sinnet would have put this game away in 3 quarters with a +3 TO margin.
Well in other news, the Texans have their off-season schedule ramping up: *May 20, 21 and 23 rookies join veterans for Organized Team Activities (OTAs) *May 29. 30, 31 more OTAs *June 4-6 a 3-day mandatory minicamp
Sad to see such a low turn out. Is it too hot to sit in a stadium for 2+ hours? Hope the league sticks around and has an expansion team for the Carolinas.
This will be Brahmas last W. They were lucky to win this one. If DC catches fire they could overtake the Brahmas. Remaining schedules DC StL W Memphis W Arlington W SA Arlington L Birmingham L StlL L DC finishes 6-4 SA finishes 5-5 At least the XFL side will go down the wire. The USFL side is already decided.
@@aaronscott8837 It was too close to overturn. It wasn't obvious. Might they have missed the call? Perhaps. But the Roughnecks had plenty of opportunities to win this game and blew it yet again. I don't do everything I'm told, but I saw what Dean Blandino saw. Which was nothing that was clear enough to overturn the call. And BTW, sarcastically speaking of never getting it wrong, you might want to learn the difference between "you're" and "your."
3:15 They thought about putting a team in San Diego. Actually, and the problem is the cost. They've actually come out and said California is unfriendly to business and would be too high of a new league which would actually cause the league to get in worse financial. Shaped, so if they do put a team in the West Coast, it's probably gonna be either Portland or Seattle where the the costs aren't as high.
This is a great league for the spring they play really good football we just need to play in cities where they actually will support the team like St Louis does
As a Houston Roughnecks fan, it was great to see THE REAL HOUSTON ROUGHNECKS (with Wade Phillips and 1/3 of the team) beat the "J C Johnson USFL Gamblers". That was supposed to be our team and not get this loser of a coach and just as equal... these losers called the Gamblers in Roughnecks gear. * AGAIN... how did we get bamboozled out of Wade Phillips and end up with this loser of a coach and the USFL losers known as the Gamblers?
Disappointing performance from the Brahmas, frankly. Struggled all day and barely won benefitting from some crucial calls. They're gonna have to do better if they want to do anything in the postseason.
