Coming off year one of what is about to be back to back 1st Team All Defense sections. He's a monster in the absolute prime of his career. And yet, somehow, someway, old man Duncan, lumbering up and down the court like a drowsy grizzly bear, torched the clips for 28pts, 11rebs on 60fg. I remember watching this game and thinking that I could not believe what i was seeing. It's 2021 and I still can't get over it. I know they would go on to lose the series but that's not important. What I witnessed this day ill never forget. Any great player can dominate in their prime. But it takes a true legend to be in their 18th season going against the best defensive big in the league and with no legs and no hops make em look like a 2 bit 4th round chump using nothing but goofy fallaways and one handed bankshots. That, my friend, is greatness.
