Man I've lived outside of 1604 and Shaenfield for almost 20 years. In the past decade, it's become more crowded, crime has shot up and ain't cheap anymore. Paid 130,000 for my house 20 years ago (2200 Sqft), now appraisal is 260,000!

It’s amazing to see how much your investment has grown, and it really speaks to how smart your decision was back then. So Victor it sounds like if we could get you into a home that's not so crowded with low crime rate and a fair price then that's exactly what you're looking for right?

@@vivasanantonio347 hahahaha, I need some fresh air and space, a little cooler climate! I'm getting old bud, when I moved out here my subdivision was the only one (Bridgewood). Shaenfield was a 2 lane road, not even a convenience store, closest one was New Guilbeau Rd. Went to Afghanistan in late 2007, came back November 2008 and Alamo Ranch was all staked out and they were ripping up Shaenfield, it's gotten so crowded here, I believe there's developments all the way out to Mico!

They say the west part of San Antonio will see the most development out of any area in San Antonio in the coming years. @@vivasanantonio347 I'm moving in that direction, albeit slowly! I need to do some repairs around the house and as I'm sure you're aware of in SA in July and August, they have the thermostat set to Hell! So probably later in the the Fall, I'll keep you in mind though!

In crime and tagging! It lacks in infrastructure. Please make sure you hire a 3rd party inspector prior to closing with some of these builders.

Restaurant choices in this part of is terrible. I have lived in several states and was quite surprised by the poor choices. This is the only places I have seen where Chili’s is a big deal.

@@davidb2142 Chili’s is chili’s 🤷🏻‍♂️ and definitely Not a big deal in my opinion. I will say there are a lot of chain restaurants though which is why I wanted to include a couple of local spots. Thanks for the comment.
