It's essentially a continuation of the Pagsibol EP, which translates to "sprouting" in English. The EP features mostly experimental songs, as mentioned in their previous interviews. The trailer showcases their attempt to grow a sprout, symbolizing the Pagsibol EP. In essence, Pagtatag means "establishment," signifying their efforts to establish themselves. The trailer illustrates their resilience by portraying numerous failed attempts, yet they never gave up on nurturing the tree. It symbolizes their hard work and dedication in pursuing their goals. The solutions they tried didn't work, but Stell's blood proved to be the solution. This implies that success does not come instantly; one must work hard and put in blood, sweat, and tears to achieve it.

Additional info: The plot of the trailer explains the journey of SB19. If you already know, SB19 almost disbanded years back. Their attempts to bring life to the plant in the video represents all the efforts they committed just to gain attention from the public, like their Reaction videos, dance covers, and many more. But they failed. All of them chose to quit except Stell, that is why in the video Stell's blood made the plant grow bigger.
