I find it very suspicious and scary, that after years of collecting billions of utility dollars from subscribers, our state government and PG&E have done very little, to manage, update and secure taxpayers' electrical energy sources. I have a many good friends who are hard working employees for PG&E and it's sad seeing them bearing the brunt of all this customer frustration and anger. Perhaps if only the responsible people in power spent more time on updating the energy infrastructure instead of spending too much time in "invest its cash flow," paying off the people in power, pay bonuses and pensions, we might not be in the situation we're in. With the sad track record we have an are witnessing, maybe competition from companies like Elon Musk's Powerwall and alternative energy is what we really need. We all have been lazy, too long...
I wonder will Cal Fire stay all night fighting the fire or go back to their hotels to get a good night's sleep and change clothes. Funny, they always look clean shaven in the am not like they were up all night fighting a fire.
