Looking for a quick weekend trip? Only a few hours from Los Angeles is Pismo Beach.
A small hidden surf town along the coast. The Sandcastle Inn is right on the beach with beautiful views of the ocean and pier. Very clean rooms, cute decor, the beds are so comfortable
and a small quaint cafe for drinks, coffee and food. The hotel also has bikes for rent and for free they give you beach chairs, towels and even body boards. Weather is amazing but a little chilly at night so bring a sweater. Right next to the pier, with shopping and restaurants walking distance. Great for a girls weekend, romantic getaway or family time.
