Glad he and Alex didn’t slip, both need to wear hiking shoes down the trail next time! 🙈 The clouds rolled in but we were glad we went to the beach early and got lots of warm sunshine and some private beach time to ourselves before others arrived 🎉

Having been to Blacks Beach on a visit, it is indeed a wonderful spot. Despite the weather turning chilly, it appears that you enjoyed a pretty nice day over all. I'll be watching for more outings at the beach!
So glad we were there early enough to catch the warmer part of the day! This time of year days can be cooler and the weather can change very quickly! San Diego Sunmer weather is best in August-October. We call it “locals summer” 🎉
I've been to black's Beach only once, I hear that there is a BAKERS BEACH in San Francisco I haven't been to it. if you do get sunburned, you can soak a king size top sheet in white Vinegar, then wrap yourself, it'll sting but you will smell like a dinner salad, and you;'ll be able to sleep.

This video is too cool. You guys are making me miss the times I used to spend my weekends all day at Blacks Beach or San Onofre State Beach. Not sure I could get up and down those cliffs today. I love the canopy set up. Or whatever you call that whole set up.

I heard that in the 1970s this was a nude beach and now it's clothing mandatory! EDIT: I'm so glad thong speedos are legal there ---> btw nice packages! 😜
No, it’s the same as the 1970s… most of those there are nude - lifeguards don’t care, only ticket people for Lewd conduct if they catch people getting frisky. Jess loves enjoying the beach without his suit, Zac and Alex prefer to keep their speedos on. (We reserve that for the beach and don’t show any nudity on social media)
It's been a very long time since I've been able to be at the beach and just seeing y'all set up and everything reminded me so much of a lot of great days.
I thought it was kinda different, like it was very crowded, it seems a little bit lonely. I want to go visit this summer, I live in the border in tijuana and cross very often.
@@jesusdelgadillo3913 it is crowded - it’s so much fun and feels so freeing being there with everyone! we purposely didn’t show the crowds in the video due to many sunbathing nude. Can’t show that on our channel :)

This video was great but wished we had the type of weather where you could sit and sunbathe on the beach . In the north of England where I'm from we have some of the best coast line anywhere just a pity we don't have the weather. We get really cold wind of the north sea but the scenery is great and wildlife good to. Would love to sit on a nice warm beach and admire the views😉. Take care guys. ❤
Love blacks beach! Went there all the time during college in San Diego. Headed back in a couple weeks and do happened these cute guys showed up in my feed. Do glad there’s still a gay area and gliding port above !
I was at Black's Beach like 21 years ago. Did a travel assignment at Scripps Green Hospital. I do not remember stairs. I had on Teva's....so I only descended so far. My friend who lives in SD did go down. It was nice. I remember when there was a Hamburger Mary's in Hillcrest....then it changed names. SD is nice but....one would need room mates....work all the time....or inherit $$.
The Stairs are on the “Straight Side” , there is a stairless path to the gay side but we don’t like how slippery and steep it is so we walk an extra mile down the beach to the stairs.
Suggestion: It’s better to use Sunscreen Lotion and you wanna put it on inside at least 15-30min before the Sun hits the body. A good sunscreen option is La Rosee SPF 50 😉
I’d guesstimate that LaJolla Shores is 3 miles south from Blacks Beach The most northern section of Blacks Beach is the “gay section”. It’s a 2 mile section of Nudie Beach where the State Beach portion begins (at the stairs up to the Torrey Pines Gilder Port parking lot)
Love the “scenery.” Also, great sun shade! Love the sand bag pouches for anchoring. Entire design is so practical and perfect for packing in and out at Blacks. Please, is that product available for purchase somewhere? Thanks guys!

As soon as I saw the title of the video I thought, I bet these queens won't have the right footwear to do the shortcut hike down the cliff and have to take the stairs. I was right.
We never choose to do the cliff hike. Seen too many people slip and drop stuff on the way down and it’s slow when crowded. Not a big deal to walk a little more down the beach instead 😊

Only been there once, and took the path with no steps. Barely made it. 😂. I’ve heard you can get there by walking along the beach to the north and around the rocks. Is that right? So no hill to go down?
Yes, this is the official path down from the parking lot by the gilded port. I think the path you previously went down was the “goat trail” path to the gay section of the beach. We avoid that one!
OK, but the whole thing about Black speech is that it’s a nudist beach. Why aren’t you guys new? That’s the whole point of making that track that life-threatening track to get down there

@@JessAlexZac At the end of the day we didn't want to carry booze / mixers back up so we mixed it all and gave it away to people. Lifeguards were cool as long as we didn't serve minors or sell drinks.
That Burrito looks great....When I did a travel Assignment in San Diego I had my first Fish Taco...less than $1.....would go to gym then go to this Chain Place that sold them....they were Yummy.
Yes I (Jess) am dyslexic 🤷♂️ “I” and “L” come out wrong sometimes. Dyslexic brain does funky things with words, reading, and speech 😅 Capital “I” and lowercase “L” create problems for me, as do lowercase d and b. Screws with reading and speech.
That was us joking about the cruising and play that happens in the bushes near the “gay section” of the beach (we were walking through that section when the truck passed) Technically it’s not legal to be nude but this area has been a long standing known nude area and it is well known and very busy in summer weekends. They will only give a ticket for lewd behavior, not for nudity
We have seen many black people there and have hung out with them too :) ... we sure are not going to film and feature nude sun bathers though! We purposely left out any footage showing the beach crowds and sun bathers around us.
These handsome boys are a fad overdressed for Black's Beach. I went to college right above there (UCSD) and spent many an afternoon getting an all over tan there. I miss San Diego and especially Black's Beach. I lived at Sunset Cliffs for twenty years. BB and Sunset Cliffs were my two favorite beach locals in SD County. Enjoy, fellas. PS---I'd volunteer to spray you guys down with sunscreen anytime. PS---The very first time I went to BB alone, I got stranded on a rock when the tide came in. That was embarrassing.
