You’re very lucky to have 6-8 or more hrs. of sunshine for your roses .. we have 100% rain everyday in England.. i had 108 roses at my London house.. now in the countryside i have 80.. they’re all swimming away in soggy muddy bath .. luckily only 1-2 dies every yr… do i ever give up .. not me

"A small rose garden" has to be the biggest understatements of all time. I am curious - just how long does it take the plants to go from cutting to full bloom? Do growth hormones help? How much effort does it take to look after all these roses?

Oh am I ever jealous but happy for you. There is one rose that if you like Yellows (like I do) is a sunburst hybrid tea. Absolutely very prolific & fragrant & I'm in the cascadia region too in Canada. I have fire fighter that might do better here but I also got a black baccara this year & planted it to code hoping I get the color right. Your rose garden is pure heaven & work well done.
