Elevation in itself isn’t really a factor in flooding. It’s how the water collects and is drained. To say San Diego has an elevation of 62 is also incorrect. It ranges from sea level to mountain peaks. San Diego is a very hilly city with lots of canyons and valleys. The water drains through the low points. San Diego also never rains. This is a lot of rain.
@@cyclingtexas1670key word there is valleys Bubba. There are areas that water has NO where to go and the NEAREST drain is tens of miles away. The city is just inadequately built and lots of houses are built by greed instead of proper engineering.
It's actually a flood water creek that was filled trash from homeless people and probably regular people dumping. I live near the area and people have been asking for this shit to be cleaned up. It was also a pretty insane rainstorm

I know those areas well enough, seems many have little awareness & respect for Cordillera climate amid rampant watershed encroachment from Tijuana & Otay north up the coast were impending disasters.
Everytime a bad storm comes along, the comment section is either full of biblical prophets saying we are nearing end times or ideologically possessed climate alarmist telling you were going to die soon because weather happens 🤓🤓🥴🥴
Reading the Book of Revelations when it says there will be chastisements because of sin it also says people will still not repent. I pray that the maximum number of people possible to be saved will repent of their sins and return to God ❤ He does love us and is merciful but there are consequences for rejecting Him and murdering babies and preferring perverted behavior to virtue.
