The city doesn’t want anyone pulled over because their feelings will be hurt. Take a look around and see how bad the drivers are. No one stops at STOP signs, everyone speeds, and there are always hit & runs.

Hope he has a healthy and speedy recovery. Used to frequent bobs over a decade ago. Fresh donuts at midnight -2 so damn good.

Another example of why SF needs video cameras at all busy intersections. Instead of the upcoming stupid license plate readers that don't show what actually happened.

Poor guy. Scooters are a big problem in the city apparently even they are not safe at 3am. Yet they feel like they own the sidewalks and go zipping by old folks without a thought to their safety.

Not blaming the scooter rider, but maybe the street he was riding down was stupid. He was hit at Guerrero and Dubose and intersection a bike/scooter should never be at! Just 1 block down is Valencia and Dubose which has bike lanes and very wide for both scooter/bike and car, Guerrero is way to narrow for a bike to also be there.. If he need to get to market he could have went from Valencia onto market then take market to the same area, but avoid the Dubose and Guerrero intersection. Whenever I see bike/scooters come down Guerrero I just think "it's only a matter of time before someone get hurt" and it completely confuses me why they are riding down Guerrero when 1 street down they have the Center bike lane on Valencia

Technology and driving is getting worse year after year. New drivers and old hit and killing with there plush chairs and phones to distract them while driving, not to mention it was a hit and run with a coffe probably in your left hand trying to get to a horrible 9-5 barely making ends meet.
