Hey Skyeye, your videos are getting better and better! Love how you capture the entire travel experience from airport, taxi-out, takeoff, inflight service, descent, landing, and taxi-in. This video in particular has satisfied my appetite for long haul travel having not flown internationally in 3 years.
Excellent review there! It is an extremely long flight from SFO to SG. I had some experiences flying SQ A350. I flew the A350 from SIN to CAN. The flight has no live TV. But at least you get a lot of choice of music, movies, tv shows, podcasts and more from various languages! The in flight map on the A350 displayed innovative features including latitude and longitude, flight number, tail rego, date of flight. As well it can also display nearest cities and you can obtain more information (Population, Elevation, time, distance from flight). Fun fact: The ULR and LR A350 had live tv (pansonic), while medium A350 have Thales Avant.
Hi there SkyEye, this video is so good that I even download from tubemate and play it while sleeping. Makes me feel like I'm on a flight😊Absolutely love it❤
South San francisco is in San Mateo County as is SFO Airport. At Highway 35 Skyline and Highway 9 San Mateo , Santa Cruz and Santa Clara counties merge by Saratoga Gap. Sky Londa is by La Honda a VOR for SF Bay Area.
I will be on this flight in February on the way to Phuket. I assume the 9:30 AM departure and 7:50 PM Arrival will be mostly in the daylight. On the return 9:30 AM departure and 7:40 AM arrival will tha talso be mostly in the light in March? I am leaving in February in Economy. Looking forward! The ticket was $980 for my Parents and I and it includes seat assignments. I was able to get 47A! We requested the Hindu Non Veg Meal! I hav eaccess to the AMEX Lounge so I will go there for breakfast before! In Changi I have access to a few lounges and look forward to touring the airport and watvhing a movie or two on our 13 hr layover and rest.
SFO has one of the coolest takeoffs and landings! I love how you cross the paraellel landing runways to take off! On the right hand side is SFO R-095 to Runway 28 at the San Mateo Brighe Highway 92.
I think the biggest challenge for the crew is to stay highly focused and concentrated after 15:30 h up in the air to bring the plane down to the runway. I heard several times of little failures from flight crews on an aproach after a very long flight.
They have crew rest periods on every long haul flight, crew that pilots into and out of an airport are required to rest have the relief crew will take over until the descent phase of the flight. This is why each ultra long haul flight has a minimum of 3-4 pilots on board
@@skyeye787 i am sorry but i am working in the industry since 1992 and i know all that. In the end it is a question of physical conditions. On a flight like this they MUST have 4 pilots not 3-4. Crew rest areas are nice but if you talk to pilots they say that there is even more space in a cigarette box than in a sleeping box of an A 350. A lot of the pilots resting can't really sleep so they only take a snooze and they stay awake. Thechnology is the key to safe flying today. Planes which fly fully automatically and even correct mistakes by humans. I grew up in times where the DC 10 and the 727 where active and wide spread around the globe. Those were flying coffins compered to todays A 220 or 787.
I do like Singapore airlines its just why do they have to put your windows shades down before takeoff which is really dumb I flown from SIN-SEA summer 2022 and it was a boring flight since our windows have to be down and I was in the aisle seat!
