Dude…you’re not alone, it bothers the hell outta me when people walk four or five deep and take both sides of the bike trails here in Sacramento…smh sick ass footage as always 🤙🏾
Nice video man , I really enjoyed it . I smoked a joint and actually felt like I was on the ride with you . What a beautiful place San Francisco is . Sort of reminds me of where I live and ride everyday. Thanks .
@@TerryB In Halifax , Nova Scotia , just northeast of NY in Canada . I got some crappy videos posted , watching your videos inspires me to get better gear to make better videos .
On the subject of Alcatraz, if you only have a couple days to spend in the city: DO NOT GO. Between the ferry ride, the tour, and the ferry ride back; you can spend about 6-8 hours just doing that (this was prepandemic) . Alternatively you could get Irish Coffee and breakfast at The Buena Vista, go shopping in Union Square, do Fisherman’s Wharf, go to Golden Gate Park, get tea in the Japanese Tea Gardens, tour a museum, go to a Giants game, and then eat somewhere in Chinatown. I’m exaggerating to prove a point, but only very little. It’s not that Alcatraz sucks, there’s just so much to do.
Visited the City four times and yet to set foot on the Rock! Too many other distractions. Hope to ride the GGB to Sausalito and ferry it back the next visit.
I've always liked videos like these where you just cruise around town and chat for a bit. They're what drove me to get myself a gravel bike. I too like the filming from the chesty mount best to get your perspective while you ride. You've been a major inspiration to me since the beginning of 2020 to get out and ride every day. Shoutout from the 916. Hope to see you out here one day.
Love this loop- super fun way to get around SF without any climbs or a short cut to The Mission. Nice to see you show off SF a little it is a super fun spot to ride
this reply is a month after you wrote this, but he has a video where he rides through the main street (market st.) downtown, it gives you a sense of downtown ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-xhLIkUQ4Fzk.html
yo...this my home turf :) what up Terry B....suggestions ..bombing down Broadway Tunnel from Polk side, just riding around California st in Nob Hill ( giant gothic church and famous hotel ) then dropping down Jones or Mason (steeeep ), i really like angles of the city from Russian hill too..and if you hit Twin Peaks when the clouds are shoving through during sunset its totally otherwordly. Such incredible views in this city
I can second that! I used to live right at the top of the Lion St stairs. Really miss that ride. The Broadway Tunnel is awesome. Used to ride out to Point Reyes Station a few times a month. Such a great ride. (Bonus stops at Roaring Mouse and Sports Basement.) I’m in Philadelphia now. Really miss that part of SF.
Sad news as of yesterday: realized out of no where that RU-vid gave me the Heve ho and I noticed I hadn’t seen any of your videos pop up in my feed (& a few others as well) than sure as day they unsubbed me. Really odd since I’m always watching your vids so you’d assume not. But oh well.- also this video made me missing riding my bike around SF. It’s been awhile though , I live in Vallejo lol so much closer than you. Just ends up being speedy when I’m broke since I don’t have a car (just a DL). So I haven’t been in a bit it’s always fun times.
I don't see why people put loud obnoxious hubs on their bikes. Some bikes just come that way and you don't have a choice. Some people actually search for the loudest hubs they can find. I like silent hubs.
