This is a San Jose Costa Rica Airport departure on Copa Airlines to Panama City.
The airports name is Juan Santamaría International Airport, located in Alajuela Province, Río Segundo, Costa Rica.

and the restrooms are always amazingly clean ALL THE TIME! When I went to Mexico last year, the restrooms smelled terrible

Yes however Uber is not “legal” and they don’t enter the airport. I usually take Ubers in the public road next to the bus station.
