Honestly, I've only been there once and it was a while ago. So no real specific recommendations. It's all beautiful so anywhere you can get off the beaten path! The Lime Kiln State Park area and coast around there is nice
@@itsannabelle8709 Roche Harbor was beautiful but there were a lot of people around so I didn't get out the drone. I only flew three times and it was tricky because there's a big "no fly zone" that includes Friday Harbor. I couldn't get it off the ground there. But I did get a little practice footage from Jackson Beach and a bunch out on the open water for Kaigani Canoe Voyaging Society and Friday Harbor Cruises. Flying from those boats was really tricky since the boats finished up a really long way from the Return to Home location. I really enjoyed my trip to San Juan Island and I left my daughter behind for the summer. She'll be working for Kaigani and Friday Harbor Cruises, and the non-profit out at Lime Kiln Park.
