I was lucky enough to have attended a wedding here. By far one of my most favorite places in Mexico. Growing up in Chicago, I had never heard about this town. One of the best kept secrets of Mexico.
@@EatBailaTravel I want to bring my best friend and my brother there. My best friend has never left the U.S.. I don’t want to show him the well known places like Cancun. I want to show him San Miguel to start out with so he really gets a taste of what Mexico has to offer. The wedding was awesome. It was at the church in your video and the reception was at the building with all of the art work.
Wow! Absolutely beautiful, perfecto, lol What a fun way to enjoy a night out, and not to mention the town its self is just as vibrant as the venue at the hotel/boutique! - I will definitely be considering this place when my family and I head down there to Mexico. You two did a wonderful job representing, as per usual ;) 🤩
Watching your video makes me want to go back! We did not get a chance to visit Cuna de Tierra but will do so next time! We did visit wineries along La Ruta De Queso y Vino around the Tequis and Peña De Bernal area, also a wonderful.
Those wineries are also amazing. Both regions are different in terms wine specialties GTO produces great dry wines while QRO produces better sparkling wines. But both are amazing! Salidos
Que lugares tan más hermosos nos muestra el video. Sin duda como disfrutan cada lugar en San Miguel de Allende.Se mira donde deleitan la sabrosa comida. Se ven unos platillos muy sabrosos..
Hi guys. My wife and I really enjoy your vlogs and like to follow your travels throughout Mexico. We usually spend 4-5 months there every year. Love to escape the harsh Canadian winters. This year we are thinking of spending a month in San Miguel. Do you think there would be enough to do there for an entire month?
Hi good morning. For us a month in San Miguel might be too much but there’s also a nice expat community there that can make it worth staying a month. Also, there’s a lot to visit near San Miguel Queretaro is 45 min away, Guanajuato city, Dolores Hidalgo, and plenty of Pueblos mágicos close by.
I am from San Miguel and I am dedicated to airport transportation and I am also a tour here and in the surrounding cities, I would be happy to help show you the key places to visit
Beautiful coverage and very well documented. I have a friend currently in San Miguel and I told her about the hotel Rosewood, hopefully she will go and enjoy all these wonderful events. Happy birthday to you!!
You’re gonna love it! I hear they have amazing día de Muertos celebrations as well. If you’re going towards the end of October you might get to see the set up!
Great video. My wife, son and I are flying to Leon and heading to Guanajuato and San Miguel in early August. Super excited. We really enjoy your videos and as mentioned before we have that Chicago link as well. We will be there in early July. Your videos are really edited well. So does someone do those for you? The ending confused me slightly because I assumed you guys did them. Happy Birthday to Kevin and safe travels!
Hi! We edit all of our videos but we recently got the opportunity to collaborate with Travel and Leisure we did two videos for them. One in Ixtapa and the other in San Miguel de Allende. We just decided to give them a quick shout out in this video here’s the link for both Travel and Leisure videos we did, these videos were edited by them. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-cDxMxUv-7VM.html www.travelandleisure.com/travel-guide/san-miguel-de-allende
He guys, my favourite place to stay in San Miguel is just out of town it’s called La Chispa Guest House, it’s amazing you should check it out. We stayed there for Christmas
@@EatBailaTravel We started in Puerto Escondido then Oaxaca for day of the dead, Mexico City, Toluca, Guadalajara, Tequila, Mazatlan then back to Puerto Escondido.
San Miguel de Allende is pricier than your average Mexican town, but it offers a lot of luxury experiences and fine dining that's still more affordable than many similar places in the US
well, we were fortunate to be invited by the hotel's marketing director thanks to a collaboration with Travel + Leisure Co. but the event is open to the public for about $50-$60 USD and it is worth every penny! The Rosewood Hotel San Miguel de Allende promotes these events on their social media accounts and their website also I believe :)
We’re doing well, my friend, thanks so much 🙏🏽 taking life one day at a time but with more good times than bad so we have lots to be thankful for 🙏🏽☺️🫶🏻
Hi I just saw your video on getting a mexican passport while being a dual citizen of both USA and Mexico. My mom made us dual citizens, but she cannot find any papers for it. So what papers do you need to be able to get a passport? And can I just get a copy of the papers somewhere?
We don’t remember off the top of our heads but that video says what you need, I believe if not in the description for sure. Go to the Mexican consulate and request your birth certificate at the registro civil and you should be able to get it.
We've been based in Mexico for the past 2 years, so we usually take coach buses from city to city, state to state (the coach bus system in Mexico is excellent and often luxurious - super comfortable!). No travel agencies, we search flights ourselves on Google Flights and use our travel credit card points for cheap or free flights every now and then
@@EatBailaTravel nice video. more polished than most of the ones y'all do, it seems. alas, SMA seems rather high-end for me. i'm more of a budget/(youth) hostel kind of traveler despite no longer being young. 😄 Colombia (*not* Columbia! 😜) looks great! also looking forward to your explorations of other places in South America - you did buy 1-way air tix. was it my imagination or, was there a screen shot shown in a video of a flight from Cali to BA?
The look of this video looks different to me from other video of yours , new camera gear or the right lighting or the good makeup , something , But looks much better . Enjoy 😊
Happy you can tell the difference. We had great lighting but mostly used the iPhone 13 to film this. iPhone does great with good lighting. Here in Colombia we’ve normally used the GoPro because we’ve mostly been partying and don’t want to mess up our phone or sony ZV-1 camera.
In this one video right here, sure, it might seem similar to other videos out there. But if you’ve seen any of our other videos, I’m sure you’ll see we offer plenty different
