San Sequoia World Secrets And Features | The Sims 4 Guide 

The world is giving magnolia promenade because there just doesn’t seem like much to do unless your sim really likes monkey bars

I like it I think it’s very beautiful, but for a San Francisco themed world I’m very upset it doesn’t have any apartments or townhouses

The world is so pretty but I wish they had a little more to do in it. Even if the arboretum was a rabbit hole you could come out with seeds or a flower or something. Birdwatching along the walking trails would have been nice too. And yes more whohoo spots please!

The botanical garden couldve been lovely for weddings if the building was open like the one in San Myshuno's park :/

I have to say, I'm a little disappointed that the stump doesn't do anything. Remember hidden worlds? Why can't we have hidden worlds anymore? Or apartment buildings, geeze. It looks cool, though. I can't wait to get it and overrun the lake area with mermaids.

I laughed so hard when you said whoo hoo bush’s cousin. 😁 I think the world is nice. I do wish they would have given us a different lot than the library, that the community center had classes and that there were an additional rabbit hole or 2 where the movies is at (like an arcade or restaurant). Or even that arboretum building would’ve been nice to be able to click on and have the Sims go inside of it.

I love he way you speak. It's giving school presentation, reading off the page, split millisecond eye contact moments. I actually love it.

I can't wait to see the other features you'll be covering. I'm not 100% sold on Growing Together, so this will be very helpful.

Do you know if there's dross-pack compatability with Movie Hangout? If your sim declares a preference for a certain type of film with that pack, does it carry over to the films shown at the movie theater? Also, did you notice that a few of those movies are the ones you can make in the Actor career?

I love your channel! You always help me find inspiration for playing/building in the game. I like the pack, I just wished the world didn't look so bland. If they'd leaned more into a high-density city style, or at least neighborhoods with the lots closer together, it'd feel a lot more interesting/fuller than it is. The greater area of San Francisco is just not that captivating visually.

Ducks are arguably the best part of the world😊😊

I actually love this world! I took my toddler to the splash park once and immediately packed up our apartment and purchased a house there. It was just such a lovely, family friendly vibe. Heading to the rec centre after and letting the toddler play in the baby zone reminded me so much of the kind of activities I did with my real life babies when they were young 🥹

I totally understand the limited lots issue but they have to offset that somehow. A lot of the set dressing is not autonomously interacted with by sims. The movie theater rabbit hole seems nice. Why not put a rabbit hole in every area for sims to enjoy? The arboretum could’ve been one. The world seems lifeless.

I've watched a ton of videos where people say there are no fishing or swimming spots in this world. Thanks for the info!

the map is visually beautiful but in all honesty its the same copy and paste and the park is very boring considering its a family gameplay pack.

Apparently there's a crocodile in the lake at Gilbert Gardens and sharks can be spotted from Anchorpoint Wharf.

I've had the new Growing Together pack since it came out, but have uet to visit its new world. That water park looks fun for families. I'm gonna have my sims visit from Willow Creek.

No Woohoo in the Cinema? What a disappointement! ;) I remember in Sims3 my Sims did get it on there pretty often and I always laughed, when they were thrown out because of there wild shenanigans. What a pity that this will not happen here. Thank you - I haven't explored the world yet. It is very pretty - also got me thinking if I'm missing opportunities with all the empty space in the worlds? What can we do with our sims in these large seemingly unusable areas in the neighbourhood? I know we can take easels, photography equipment, BBQs, tents and now sleeping bags but is there other things I'm forgetting? Can we successfully have group outings? I thought I'd throw this out to you and the community to see ❤

I just can't believe it's taken them this many years to give us a movie theatre as a rabbit hole when that same thing came in the sims 3 base game. Why didn't it come in the sims 4 movie game pack or whatever it was called? Just kinda dumb if you ask me. Anyway, aside from that venue, the city area in this world is just so... bland. Empty, useless, just residential and it makes me wonder: why?

now can you also feed the ducks or just swim in the same location? I'm glad that they at least gave us narratives we could have at the theater, I can have my Sims bring their crush...

idk if I just haven't played in the world enough to know where they are or if it actually is that empty but I haven't found many diggables/plants growing which sucks because its a beautiful world i'd like to play rags to riches in but almost impossible if you dun wanna travel xD

I hate the area of the world map that's just gray. Seriously thinking of getting a map replacement mod. I do love other things about the world, like the cinema and the lots.

3:26 no its not great to increase relationship it takes to loong, you can just use the social bunny add as a friend and get MAXED friendship in less than 1 minute spamming messages, so no this way to increase friendship is very bad way too slow, and is not the most effficient way to be friends on the game.

maybe it's just me but the new world looks rather boring to me (i visited my parents and borrowed a laptop that is not mine and updated it to the most recent pack) i like the pack in itself but they could've done more with the world that comes with the growing together pack

It may have behooved you to also look up the pronunciation of Arboretum. Ar-bor-rhee-tum. Arbor =trees.

People need to not hate on this pack. It’s so good, the world is small so that can have more gameplay. Would love to see a full review as it seems like there is a lot. Like if you are buying the pack regardless of everyone else’s opinions.

The World's just keep getting worse, more unusable water instead of usable space and things to do. And is seems to resemble a city I would never want to live in yet alone rais a child in! Just a cheap world with no substance!!!

My first impression of the world was not impressed, and still not impressed. Every neighborhood is very large!! So i thought o wow.. oke.. BUT only 3 lots, not much to do, open spaces, i had to search for just 1 or 2 collectibles, i had to search for fishingspots.. there isn't even 1 in the left hood?!? And I wish the movie theater could have been placed in other worlds functional like the ferris wheel from high school. The worlds getting worse and worse since i think with Sulani IMO. Yes Sulani is pretty but there started the lack of a secret world, less lots, and no option to really go under the water. So a lot of lack in the world itself. Same lack appeared in the world of get famous where it also had less lots, no beach opportunity.. and it only got worse. San Myshuno and New Crest and the basic worlds are where my sims spend their days mostly..

SIMPLE "INSIDE OUT" CHALLENGE 1 household, RELATED. Create Joy, Anger, Fear, Sadness, and Bing Bong, And Riley. Joy(Cheerful, Outgoing, Good)= Health job Fear(Socially awkward, clumsy,any)= at home job Anger(Hot-Headed,Mean,Self-absorbed)=physical job Sadness(Gloomy,Creative,Loner)= creative job Bing Bong (Goofball, Childish, Outgoing)= Comedian job Teen/Child Riley(Any)= Any Challenge: Experience how all the household helps to raise Riley. See who she becomes. CAN NOT PLAY AS EMOTIONS AT ALL. Can play as Bing Bong or Riley. HAVE FUN! Came up with it in a dream.

Probably my least favorite world in The Sims. I don't plan to every play here -- it's completely lifeless.
