EXCERPT: "The first that time started to shatter for me, I was at a group meditation and we were lying down. I went wayyy up, and as I was coming down. the timeline didn't construct itself very well, and I found myself saying, "stop", and people just froze. Wooh. "go back", and everything went backwards. I didn't decide to do this, but I found myself doing this, and then more of mind came in and said, "You're screwing the timeline for everybody!" There was Jac again, as if she could. Nobody knew this was happening but it was happenig, but somehow it was seamless for everybody else in the room. Time was never believed after that because it's like "This is just my mind joining frames together, making up the bits in between, so that I've got some mechanism to navigate myself in the world." and it never became more solid than that again. It's just a mechanism. Like a kettle is there to make hot water to make a cup of tea. It's just a mechanism that's there to facilitate something. So seeing through time, in some shape or form, it needs to happen. What happens for many people, it shows up as being vertical. That everything is happening in this moment. If it happens like this for you, great. This is a common one. It's like, "whoaaa, everything is happening right now, and somehow I'm stretching it out. My experiencing mechanism is stretching it out. For some it's vertical, for some it's just a dot. It's like, squeezes in, then it goes vertical, then it becomes a dot. However it appears for you, time is just created by the mind. Check it out if it's real, because I guarantee you, your mind is what makes it real. The hallmark of liberation, as it trickles down into the body and the movie, is that no action comes from your thinking mind. No action is motivated from your thinking mind. There is only that movement and your mind is playing catchup and your mind is a tool in service to pure consciousness. Pure consciousness moves the form, and the mind serves that, but it's the functioning aspect of the left brain, not the self-referencing network. That's not needed anymore, because that's what shuts off the awareness, the activity of pure consciousness. The self-referencing is taking care of the illusory me. It's just making the whole world about 'me', to give the world the 'reality field'. It's just a mechanism. Don't believe in it."

Had a similar experience asking what is real as the senses are only reflections of what is yet we believe them to actually be one and the same as what they reflect. The video above isn't actually one and the same as Jac O Keefe is it ? Anyway after a bit of an existential crisis decided what is important is the apparent functional reality to get by live and survive.

Time is created by your mind, and yet Jac is wearing a watch.... I am confused. I think this would have been more beneficial to me at least if Jac would have established a framework for progression from not being awakened to becoming awakened. What general steps does a person need to follow, for example.

I would love to share something I found that is beautiful and would love your thoughts. Moses is having a conversation with our creator and he asked him "who are you?" God says "I am that I am." The Hebrew words are "haya aser haya." Haya means Existence or to exist. Aser is a pronoun for every gender and number. So God himself tells us he is EXISTENCE and EXISTENCE IS GOD! If you go back to Genesis, in the second verse of chapter 1, it says "IN THE BEGINNING THE EARTH WAS WITHOUT FORM." The word "WAS" in that verse is HAYA! So how does the earth exist before form? It's in God. When he begins to create it with what does he use? There is only God. Does he have a tool box off to the side in which he pulls out "stuff?" There's only God. Everything in that sense is God. God is us and we are God. I don't fully understand it yet but know it's true.

Wow. Humanity is screwed. Who can understand such complexity? What happened to Jesus? He used to be popular. Is that all over now? So are Tony Parsons, Rupert Spira and Jac OKeefe all saying the same thing?
