Sand O Flex
My favourite sander to use well chainsaw carving. Unboxing a brand-new one and comparing to see if the refills are the size of the ones that come with.
The Sand O Flex is one of my favourite tools to use for finishing and sanding in my Wood carvings.

Would love to see additional videos on wall hangers carvings and a beginers video on carving bars and chains and how they differ from regular bars and chains....anyone know an existing video let me know! Thnks Ryan for all your videos They are great fun...trying the Heron one currently

I have been using this tool for several years and it is really great. refills cannot be found in France. I made an adaptable support with a 3d printer and I use 80 grain canvas strips. thank you for your demo ryan. MICHEL

Hello Ryan, and everyone reading. I refuse to pay $80 bucks for the attachment to hold the sand-o-flex. I made my own for $12 bucks. If my norwegian brain can figure this out then I'm sure anyone interested can do the same. Have a great carve everyone!

I always wondered about those. I didn’t realize they were a manual feed. Sweet I will have to get me one of those. I’m an 80 grit fan but thats more because I only get to work with hard woods. We’re just not as spoiled with cedar like you guys are up there.

Thank you, Ryan. I just received a new sand o flex in mail and was wondering how to get top off the cartridge. Written instructions are a bit cryptic. Love your videos. Will you be selling anything to US customers?

I have a brand new one set up on my cordless dewalt die grinder. Havent used it yet but it seems like it's gonna work. Good adjustable speed on the die grinder. Was wondering about your store setup.. Would be awesome to be able to just order a 1/4 sprocket/bar and chain for the 2511 one stop shopping😀

I take my sculptures a little further finish wise then you do, I end up wet sanding at 400. Sooo curious if this would cut out a ton of hand sanding without losing detail

Hey buddy I just started, picked up a new echo 3510! For now I am blocking with it, ms170 😢 w/12 dime tip. *** any tips on sanding or those sanding heads! Just starting I’m trying to keep cost down until I get better and am able to sell some. Sand-O-flex is cool just $$.. if you know any other heads help us out! Thanks sir!

Not tools, but do you do miniatures like grandpa elf makes his eagles? I bought one at the rendezvous to use as a pattern. then again, someday i might even make one.
