Welcome to Barbados! We are here for 4 four nights staying at Sandals Resorts in Barbados! Sandals has invited us here for a travel advisors event so we could show you everything this location has to offer! Thank you Stephen, Yasmine, and the rest of the Sandals Team for hosting us! What is unique about this Sandals location is that it is a two for one special! Sandals Barbados and Sandals Royal Barbados sit right next to each other and you can walk between the resorts, enjoying all the amenities as much as you want!
Today we would like to give you a complete tour of the Barbados Resort! Even though they are easy to cross between, the Barbados Resort has a very different feeling from the Royal Barbados Resort! The Barbados Resort is much smaller and provides a more intimate and calm feel. But don’t let it’s smaller size fool you, it is packed with some of the best dining options between the two properties, including Soy, Kimonos, and Cafe De Paris! This resort also includes Luxury Level room options, as well as Club and Butler Level!

I want to thank you for this video, especially with the inclusion of the map. I am mobility-impaired (but not in a wheelchair) and before i embark on a resort trip I need to know the layout and distances to get around. The folks in the Sandlas chat were less than knowledgeable, but your video shows very clearly the relationship of where things are. It's much easier to estimate the walking distance when there is a video like this, so I wanted to say thank yu so very very much.

I was there some years ago when it was Almond Casaurina. They have added so many additions. Those walls in the ocean water were not there and the waves were SO much fun !!!! Saw sword fish swimming of shore and a sting ray swam past right by the beach Had a great 2 week vacation there. It does seem some what too commercialized, if you will , than before - Almond Casaurina what very nice and personal.

im deciding between sandals barbados and antigua. I was at sandals La Toc in st lucia this past april and loved it. Ive heard antigua is a little run down and the public beach can get annoying with vendors trying to sell you things. havent heard many negative things about barbados.

I just read your comment and I'm wondering if you would have any recommendations for me, I'm officially retiring from my job on January 10th and myself my wife and my 3 adult children want to take a nice vacation to celebrate my retirement and were not sure on where we should go, would you have any ideas?? Money is not an issue on this trip so looking for a 5 star.

Thanks for this video. It's very helpful. We have this resort reserved and I recently had surgery for skin cancer. I was concerned that there would not be enough shady spots but it looks like there are a lot. Also, are there any particular tours you recommend?

got two questions is it a resort fee because i see this a lot in Barbados are there jet skis being rented on the beach and thanks this a nice video

I'm torn between sandals barbados and sea breeze beach house. I read reviews saying the workers at sandals are rude and there's a long wait for food/impossible to get a reservation. Did you experience any of this?

Hi! We can’t decide between the Sandals Barbados/Royal Barbados or Sandals Antigua for our Honeymoon. I really want to stay at a swim-up and I love the soaking tubs at Barbados, but Antigua seems like it might have better service and be more romantic/honey-moon oriented. Do you think it’s worthy sacrificing a better room at Barbados for Antigua?

Hi Nia! Thanks for watching! Personally, we preferred the two Barbados resorts to Antigua. Granted, we only stayed at Barbados, as we just visited Antigua for the day. It’s hard to beat getting two resorts for the price of one, though! If you like what you see from Antigua, we wouldn’t let a nicer room sway you away from that, generally speaking. We would love to assist you with booking your honeymoon stay! Trying to compare this to Antigua, and how they have a Caribbean and a Mediterranean section. SB seems more plush, tropical, and secluded. Am I right with this assumption? Nice video, obtw.

Hi AC! On the Barbados side there is a piano bar that is open quite late and was very hopping and over on the Royal Barbados side there was a larger entertainment venue with live music where people could dance. Thanks for watching! 🤗❤️🏝
