Lovely stuff, great video Dan. It’s great when you have friendly opposition which you play every year, the team I played for in Norfolk used to play against Swanton Morley every mid September when the season ended, they had a pub on the boundary’s edge which used to brew their own cider, was bloody lovely after a hot afternoon in the field

I'm glad you did that little interview at the end. Like you, I didn't really understand the generous field placement in the final three overs but it did make for a great game...as always. Luca is going to be a force to reckon with one day soon...

Good spot - Our key objective is generally to have a close match, last ball finishes ideally - the Silly Pointers ethos is more about enjoyment than winning. And you are right about the pocket rocket!

Nice to see you guys playing local to where I grew up 'Swanley'... Farningham have a beautiful ground... Have you played in Eynsford? Also a lovely ground... Sadly not much in Swanley..as far as I know... I have played my Cricket in Sweden 😂.. My Dad watched Kent play in Dartford, Hesketh Park... Otherwise he saw them play at Canterbury...
