Sandhead must be one of the best beaches in south west Scotland, the easier access in my opinion is as you are approaching the village turn left signs says Newton Stewart then take the track on the right alongside the caravans which leads you to the car park and track and direct access to the beach ......Morag certainly enjoys all her walks she is full of energy it's a joy to watch her running around.
It is a very popular beech and it helps that it backs on to the prevailing winds therefore nice and sheltered. The shallowness of the bay makes it very safe. The Aliens are just a bonus.
I'm beginning to think I should be finding out what Morag has for breakfast, and incorporating it into my own daily regime! I'm knackered just watching her.😃
Haven't seen any of your videos for a while but I've just sat down to watch this. It's brilliant!! I've just got back from walking my three Jack Russell's. Im on the other side of the Irish Sea (and a bit south) of you that has some lovely beaches as well, in a place called Rush in North County Dublin. The weather is very similar today to that of your walk. Keep up the good work, i love what you do and the little bits of local history are priceless. Stay safe. 👍☘️☘️👍
Some areas of Scotland are renowned for UFOs and Aliens. We also have monsters and fairies. Then of course the Loch Ness Monster, haggis and unicorns, or is it a case of too much whisky.
Another good one mate, morag likes a run on the beach, beutiful walk, might aswell make the most of that weather when we've got it,keep thum cumin aul pal 👍👍👍👏👏👏👌👌👌🫶

Hello Mac. Passed on your regards to tilly. Shes not really sillly. Quite a serious wee dog really. I agree you live in a lovely part of Scotland. Lived in Galashiels for a time and my husband took me to Dumfries. Just the central belt is a jungle lol.x
You have been around, my daughter lives in Galashiels and if all goes well I will be in Dumfries at the weekend looking at a van. I will be cutting back on some of the things that I am involved in for 18 months, planning to get out more.
