Watching your video for some time now. I am 86years old having arthritis, osteoarthritis and pain in my knees. I’m sure there must be many people like me. Now I can not sit on the floor nor am I advised to do so as I have slipped disc problem. I can touch my right hand ring finger with my thumb and my left hand middle finger finger with my thumb but I cannot keep the rest of my fingers on both hands straight. Please advise how do I do this mudra. I’m sure this would help me a lot in alleviating😂 my pain. Thank you

Thanks for the info . I have been suffering from joint pains every bone abd joint hurts It feels as if somebody is poking log in my body.. I have osteoarthritis , tested Positive ANA and one another marker but CRP was negative .Seen the Drs here They say 30% of the people live with it, without any problem But I live with so much pain, I have frozen shoulder. ,heel spur in right heel,Achilles tendonitis perineal tendonitis in the right foot , My shoulders and heel and tendonitis is not getting better because of the arthritis I am not sure which one .I cant walk while I used to walk4-5 kms everyday I was very active all my life . Every thing started 2 - 3 years ago keeps adding on . I have IBS I am going to try your mudras, hope it works I practice yoga everyday But now getting limited .Thank you

Sir, two months back, for the first time, I suffered from lower back pain.Doctor advised me muscle relaxation tables along with vitamin D, calcium and 1 multivitamin..But recently, around 7days earlier, again I suffered from lower back pain which started when I tried some exercises for my back muscles after a long gap..plz suggest me some excercises which will make my entire system strong enough to fight such unwanted back pains..I have watched many videos forwarded by u..but I m slightly confused about what should I follow.I am 41 years old..thank u

Very nice and effective ..Remedies without medicine . Let me know what will be effect when both thumb tips will touch and rest all fingers kept gripping each other .both thumb will keep upwards direction. Pl advice ...effect and benefit also nema of this mudra .

Dr i have ankylosing spondylitis since 2015.tried lots of treatment.suffering from back pain,SI joints pain neck pain.but 3 years back i got enthesitis, liye ke both wrist joint pain,elbow pain, backside of heel.i have lost all the hopes.will this work for me and after how many can i see the results
