If you haven't sorted the problem with your cart molds when I make mine I cut the in half length ways and use cable ties to hole them together then once out the freezer I pull the ties off and split the pipe. hope this helps as you guys make very helpful videos

Another 6mm mono mag in a great big Penn Fathom 15. ....REALLY..... Blakdog, Mike Benfield & Chris Macey have been putting them in Fathom 15's for a few years now AND THEY DON'T WORK (For the majority of anglers casting OTH). A 6mm magnet is to small to create a strong enough magnet field to effectively brake the reel.... They always end up in my workshops for refitting with a 10mm version that does work. Sandman, don't follow the rest, do something Better ! You know you can!!! I wonder where you got the idea for counter sinking the mag, lol PS. Dont want to start a huge debate or even worse any kind of argument but after taking your comments onboard It started to put a little doubt in my mind even tho I havnt had one returned to me as off yet....Anyway I popped down to Andy Rutherfords shop today for some bits n bobs and while I was there I mentioned this slight issue with these mag conversion kits...Words for word I read your comment out to Andy to here what he had to say and his reply was as follows......Sold absolutly hundreds of these mag conversion kits and ive NEVER had any back for any reason. Infact ive currently got 6 Penn Tourques sitting out back all with the same mag conversions in all working with no problems at all. Then I began to cast my mind back thinking of how many Mag Conversions that i had done and not just me im very friendly with alot of the names on the casting field and happen to know Ian Lawson who taught me how to mag reels and he uses the same mag kit on a wide varity of reals 6500s 7500s tourques, etc etc etc....and he has know problems either. So in my opinion these mag kits from Rutherfords do work and the do work good.....in my opinion.....
+Sandmans Tackle Time do you know if he does kits for the Saltist BG30H also what are your thoughts on this reel i have chosen this over the fathom cheers
