My name is Sandra Griffin, and what I experienced really was a complete 180 about my eyes.
My glasses became an appendage, and I just felt that was just part of me and being part of grandma and all this other stuff.
And then to think that I could do away with my glasses and not feel like, oh my gosh, where are my glasses? I can't find them. I can't see.
It was re ridiculous. I have that complete freedom. So I started out, you know, my right eye was my bad eye and I thought it could never improve, but it has, and I want them, you know, to work together.
And I started out with 6.5 on my right and 4.25 on my left. And I went down, these are two and a half for readers.
And on the visual acuity chart, I never even checked my, you know, the naked eye because I thought, well, why do that? They're just going to get worse. When I did that, it started out at the very beginning of the course was 20/100 and just naked was 20/80.
And to me, I'm gonna take that as a huge win.
