Just played Beat Saber for the first time today, got this track and barely managed to get to the end in Normal mode (and I actually felt quite proud about that since at the beginning I was absolutely lost). This expert thing is absolutely crazy and absurd.
This is the funniest level I’ve ever seen, how it goes into some ost1 ex+ level gameplay and then all of a sudden it gives you like a 15 notes per second jumble of notes
I can only do expert and it took me an hour to finally do then i did it 3 more times recorded one and put it on my channel now im going to try and do expert plus
How can a normal human play this? Everyone who plays on expert plus must be able to see this game in slow motion. Props to you and everyone who can play something like that!
Just takes practice! After you play for a while, your brain tends to create internal connections that act like subconscious shortcuts that enable you to read more challenging maps. Your physical endurance will improve alongside your mental abilities until you can play maps like this. Trust me, when first starting out on Beat Saber I thought any song on Expert+ was impossible :)
@@Krueger_vr i only play a few times a month whenever i get in the mood. But Hard is the highest i ever finished. I think if i would play everyday i would eventually be able to finish on Expert. But idk, im to lazy lol
@@phil_zupra_b5880 no pain, no gain. The practice mode in-game is huge in learning how songs play. Use it. Go to expert, out the song at 50% speed. Every time you get comfortable with the speed, and beat it, go up by 10%. Do that until you can play the song at full speed with no trouble. Same with expert +. It gets easier the more you practice
I'm new to beatsaber, improved quick unntil i hit a wall. When I reached this track and was like there is no way I can even finish this one, to me this is so damn impressive
I got my vr headset on the 18th and I got beat saber a few days after that and I already got a 164 combo and top 836 on this level lol one day I’ll full combo it
I hate the fact that I’ve been playing this game since I was 14 (I’m 18 now) and still I don’t have such stamina… One song is enough to get me laying on the ground, I do play Expert+ (and above for mods) and oh dam… I hate that I get tired so freakin’ fast😭😭
Can't even beat this on expert. It's just non-stop slashing. Feels like you need the endurance to run around the planet 5 times without breaking a sweat in order to get to the break at 1 minute and 20 seconds in. And even then it's the shortest break I've seen in the game.
Ridiculous block spam, really awkard angles... yeah I'm starting to really hate these new tracks Stuff like 0:20 is really unfun and ruins otherwise really cool technical maps
@cookierasa Can somewhat agree on the awkward cuts but not on the spam. It legit makes me wish there was a setting to speed up the map with the notes more spread out. It's the visual overload that makes it cheap and unfun.
This is such an unpopular opinion but I agree, the newer mapping has lots of annoying moments where there will be a block just not where it should be, fucking up the stream, or having massive unnecessary jumps which just tire you out and don't go with the song much. People just say 'hey their mapping is getting better, closer to custom levels', I'm yet to see a custom level that I consider notably better than base game mapping (barring ost 1 of course which is pure stank). That being said I kinda enjoyed this level
