@@thegreatone-australia1851 Very strange way to celebrate hating burning national flags and bigotry that’s not British culture and the rest of us in Uk don’t want to be associated with it 🏴🏴
I was in Belfast on July 9th when they were setting these fires up. It's about time the Battle of the Boyne stops being celebrated. If was over 400 years ago. If you want Ireland and specifically Belfast to heal you all need to move and stop this insanity. I am Canadian and protestant and we were on a tour bus. Kids started throwing rocks at our bus because of where we were within the city. This behavior only comes from their parents. And having that bonfire right beside the high rise hotel is just ludicrous. How does the city council allow this? I am still shocked. That would never be allowed anywhere I live. And I'm grateful.
The Battle of the Boyne was in 1690, not over 400 years ago. If you'd rather not see history commemorated, why don't you visit a more modern city with less history.
Im so ashamed to been born and bred in Belfast (in a working class loyalist area) when I see them burning the Irish flag. How can anyone get pleasure out of burning such a meaningful flag...Green = Catholic...Orange = Protestant and ...White = peace between them, its so wrong what they do
There’s plenty of low brow Irish culture too… This is only part of the culture of the Ulster-Brits. Their culture takes in local Northern Irish culture, Scottish culture and English culture. The Ulster-Brits (Scots-Irish Protestants) also gave their music and traditions to the USA a hundred years before the Irish Catholics arrived in America.
@@harrywaters7718 You want so much to be part of Britain, but the rest of Britain actually get on well with Ireland, and even though they disagree on Brexit, they still don't burn eachothers flags.
Wait till you see what a Neanderthal can do to another man...... Those who despise their own and sell them out dont deserve to live with them, in fact not live at all..
What a display folks , absolutely amazing work you're a credit to the cause and what it stands for ,l wish you all avery happy 12th July 2024 ,All the best now and in the future GSTK 🫡✋️🇬🇧, From Scotland 3rd
