You should get it where the minimap disappears when you get out on foot and reappears in the car. I seen the other server have it and thought it was cool. Maybe a button that will activate the minimap when on foot acting ike you looked at a GPS on your phone. I think that would add a little more to the game and it's like when you tap a button twice in gta the minimap gets bigger for a few seconds.
