Hey all,
I've been on an editing youtube binge over the last week. I guess this is what unemployment looks like. Nevertheless, this video took me a long time to do so I hope you all like it.
Now onto today's scheduled programming. The Sangeo came in last week built with JWK switches on alu. How do we make it better? The answer is simple. Channel our inner sadboi and throw in some mx blacks. I'm sure that's a surprise to no one lol.
I got these broken-in switches from a friend and I wanted to see how smooth nylon cherry could go. I had a few mishaps throughout the build and wanted to showcase my thought process and how I overcame them, to the tune of smooooooth lo-fi, or something.
Next video will be a soldering journey, as I'll be using a helping-hand tool to hopefully not burn my finger tips.
I'm so close to 1k subs and I can't believe it. Thank you all for the support.
One last thing, please do me a solid and check out keebmat.com if you're in the market for a small form-factor desk mat like the one shown in the video. I won't name them, but there are companies out there that are stealing their design just because they have the corporate pull to do so. Support a small business!
