I appreciate that you have thick skin bro but you shouldn't need to have thick skin. People just need to learn to keep their rude comments to themselves. If someone wanted to ask if you were okay because they noticed physical changes but for people to talk shit just seems unnecessary. I know we choose to put ourselves out there but come on... is it really necessary to say rude things to others. I gained weight as well post knee surgury when the docs prescribed me LEFTOSE, steroid meds, i mean i felt less pain but the side effects are horrible... i'm slowly getting back my metobolism now, thank god.

I doubt I'll need to do the other 5 as the first one flattened it out really well. Really appreciate you talking about the side effects as its something people should be aware of. Much love.
