Because of how the souls of humans and monsters work, human mages were extraordinarily powerful, a regular human of the modern day would get no diffed purely because they don’t know magic
@@syyruppallaround different verses so his soul isn’t on the same level as the humans in undertale, sans is MASSIVELY faster, minimum light speed, and sans can use karma, which deals more damage with the more sins you commit
@@DiamondHearted yea no,sans is NOWHERE NEAR lightspeed. he is at most Supersonic+ thanks to scaling off frisk dodging meteors from knight knight. even if you make the argument of his blasters being lasers, lasers are not automatically lightspeed. they have to be confirmed as such by either statement or feats. otherwise them being lasers doesn't automatically scale them anywhere. he is also at most wall level. though his KR should definitely be very effective here,no doubt. i will concede that. then you have alastor. Alastor is in the Hypersonic+ range, thanks to consistent bullet timers in his verse that he should scale above(like the I.M.P team.) and he's also at least in the City block-Multi city block range thanks to destroying pentious's airship(both from the crater produced being calced to multi city block on lowball and the airship itself threatening an entire ring of hell, which by the makeup of hell shown looks to be of city block size.) potentially into small town/lower end town level(from high end crater calc as well as being able to entirely cut off the power to the entirety of hell in his song with vox, which looks to be a city sized structure, which while this feat doesn't put him into city level due to not actually causing any visible damage to anything,it still should make the small town/lower end town calc more consistently possible.) and then there's alastor's hax. most relevant here, his immortality. types 1,2,3,and potentially 5,seeing as demons like him in his verse can only be permanently killed by holy weapons or powers(or assumedly anything conceptually beyond this.),which sans has nothing on the level of. simply put, sans has nothing to put him down permanently and gets outscaled noticably. i dont see how sans wins here.
@@cjthecerato9332Although sinners can only be permanently killed by angelic weapons, their bodies can be damaged and destroyed normally, Sans could kill Alastor and win the fight at least temporarily. We must also take into account that in Undertale the attacks of the monsters apparently are directed at the soul, so perhaps Alastor's immortality does not apply as much here. Even so, it has not yet been seen what Alastor's maximum capabilities are and he was not able to demonstrate his entire arsenal in the battle against Adam as he was vastly outmatched, although apparently I think Sans wins with medium difficulty (personal opinion).
Finally a Sans VS Alastor edit I can agree with, also I seen the debate you had with Helluva and I'm on your side. Keep up the work, also wanna join my editor wheel if so what character would you like to be?
