Sans vs Underswap papyrus (who is better) 

to me I prefer themes so if we take the themes into consideration then swap papyrus' theme is better than broken promises by a bit.

new characters are alot stronger than older ones when swap gets a rework this will be a fair comparison

You probably should of waited to make a video till after they get reworked, as classic and swap papyrus are getting a rework, also swap papyrus is way better then classic simply based on the fact that he can kill someone with a single blaster move (with guilt ofc) Also when the update comes out do Swapfell and TS swap (Swapfell has been teased a lot and is replacing FSE)

swap papyrus is more defensive literally, almost all your moveset is defensive (bone spin is more of a distraction)

sans is better because he got 2d attack and is imposible to dodge if you don't got good ping

sans is getting slightly reworked while swap papyrus is getting a 180.

I mean UNDERSWAP Papyrus can kill easily the chara team if you play good, if you use OuterTale Swap Papyrus is pretty much an easy win, Fazy if you don't play good you can die, the diference on Fazy and Normal US. Is his HIGH campability. On phase two you get global cooldown yeah, but if you have luck and use Orange Soul + Color Walls + another attack (get normal & blue walls) the global cooldown it's pretty much FAIR, also Outer J stars can or could kill a 100 hp player easily.

I think sans would take the win

the fact first character I'm got maxed was us paps, but it was long time ago so I can confirm when sans got remake he was even easier to grind.

sans takes the dub easily he can do good damage he can stall and his box attacks have VERY unfair hitboxes (just ignore ulc sans skin...)

No hard mode sans
