when started the sanskrit.film pilgrimage series I went to speak with a 90 year old woman who had devoted much of her life to Sanskrit study. We never got to meet her face to face as she was worried about Covid so we spoke to her on Zoom but standing outside her house on a cold december afternoon. The conversation was inspiring. A few months later, her son rang me to tell me of her passing and asked me if I could record some Sanskrit in her honour. He requested, the prayer
असतो मा सद्गमय
तमसो मा ज्योतिर्गमय
मृत्योर्मा अमृतङ्गमय

may i go from unreal to the real
