This exotic garden Pavilion, known as the "Chinese House", is located past the Sanssouci Summer Palace, in the area known as Sanssouci Park. Built between 1755 and 1764 it was done in the then-popular style of Chinoiserie, a mixture of ornamental rococo elements and parts of Chinese architecture. The architect was Johann Gottfried Büring.

Thanks so much for the comments; really appreciated. The whole Sanssouci palace complex is amazing (several major palaces, huge parks, etc.). Will soon have more videos of other sights there, on here.

Hey Ivan. Good to hear from you. I agree. Ed and I finally decided over the weekend that we are definitely going to Europe at the end of May and into June: 10 days in Paris and 10 days in London !! YAAAAY

CoolPixx23 It was nice, Ivan. We chose to go to Reno for 2 nights/3 days. Saw a great automobile museum there called The National Automobile Museum. Had almost 250 classic cars on display. Only $10.00 entrance fee and you can spend at least 2 hours looking at some fantastic cars all the way back to the beginning (and some celebrity cars belonging to Elvis, Sammy Davis, Frank Sinatra, etc. Had lots of fun doing other things also in Reno. Leaving though, we we were stalled on the highway for several hours because of heavy snows and accidents, so we were real late getting back...LOL, but it was still fun & great to see so much snow up in the mountain areas. Will do it again some day. Hope you had a good Thanksgiving !!
