Hi Joe, I enjoy your videos, however If you can slow them down a little so we can see the rooms you show us in detail that would be great. I understand that you only have so much time to get these out to us and appreciate you doing so. I was born and raised in SB and moved to the Camirillo area after retiring and miss SB so much. I am so happy I found your channel you have brought the beautiful town of SB to me as if I never left home. I am hooked on your channel and enjoy watching your videos every day ( I find there is not enough time in the day and I'm lagging on getting my chores done at home, oops, oh well love these videos!). the 2nd house on 4305 Via Presada is an exceptional example of Spanish colonial revival, designed by Floyd Brewster, protégé of George Washington Smith and the architect behind the Santa Barbara Museum of Natural History.

There are many older homes that need remodeling in the Santa Barbara area, lots of nice homes too, but it can be a full mix of types and condition.
