Lois was actually a good mother and wife this episode despite her flipping out at the end. She just wanted a great Christmas for her family and she was getting walked all over on.
While obviously not as extreme or cartoony as Lois is, my grandmother has had a few of those holiday crunch meltdowns when I was coming up. I think it's normal to get a little overwhelmed and snippy during the holidays.
Hey ... Just realize that Lois used to really sweet and gentle in the old season. She's perfect. Beautiful, nice, gentle, daughter of crazy rich parents, etc etc. But in the earlier season she always snap out, just like when she beat up Peter mercilesly 🤣
