I sat down with Tommy Bradley the new bass player of Santa Cruz we talked about how he joined the band what its like to work with Archie what really happened at the whiskey gig
he was such a nice guy very easy to talk to he really did me a solid giving me that interview honestly i think its the best album they have put out but alot of the songs sound like songs we all know take me to america /marilyn manson beautiful people would you believe it / Michael Jackson human nature 10 shots / offspring the kids aren't alright or papa roach she loves me not i could go on i think archie whether it was intentional or subconscious he for sure copied a few things but over all brilliant album
@@RichyKearnsproductions Yeah I really enjoyed that interview. I'm glad he did that for you and those of us who listened. Yeah I noticed the verses from REvolution reminded me of Crossfire. I think Archie did say somewhere he was going to be taking heavy inspiration from songs he liked, but don't remember where I read that. Those are some interesting comparisons. I'll have to listen fo rthem the next time I listen to the album. Thanks for that. I enjoy the album, but there is only 1 real hit for me "Under the Gun" amazing song. Whereas the first 2 album shave at least 6 songs I absolutely have to listen to if not more. But I do enjoy it. It's an interesting take on the sC sound.

Seems like a nice enough guy, but Eddie trunk has crucified Kiss for lip syncing and using pre recorded tracks.. if people today don't care about hearing the same show night after night, there are no brilliant moments, at best it's the same exact show as the last good show... normally when bands record an album and take the music on the road, the music evolves, and the band evolves...then when the go to make the next album there's something new to bring to the table. You also see what works live and what doesn't work. I wouldn't settle for that lame approach...maybe that's why music today is so forgettable...
You're EXACTLY right on this. I'm really sick of the 'eVeRyOnE dUz iT' take on this kind of thing, too. Sure there's gear issues that can happen at any moment... but if you can't even play or sing your music without a prerecorded track doing all the work for you, you have no business being on stage..
Eddie definitely talks about bands that use tracks, KISS being one of those bands as well as any others that Ed finds out about. It's music news, of course he's gonna talk about it weather he wants to or not, it's his job.
