Cool video, love your gloves! I was out at the start of Mailbox yesterday and rode up Empire Grade looking for Juggs trails. Do you know where that starts? Looks like similar area to Barking Dog..

It seems a lot of people don’t start dogs at the very top but take pineridge to the start. Is there a good reason to skip the top section? Never been to that side before. Does this video start there or at the very top?
Oh interesting. I start at the vary top. The top can be kinda pedaly but there are some fun jumps and drops seen in the video. So ya I would say it it worth going to the top.
Is this in Big Basin ? Me n homies would start in Davenport, ride up hwy 1 to Gazos creek fire road n ride all the way up to Big Basin and occasionally to the top of Big Basin n bomb the fire roads all the way back to hwy 1 n Davenport. 60 ish miles.
