Aaaaaaaaaaaaaand, we're back, lol.
It's been about two months since I've uploaded anything, and I apologize to all subscribers (old and new!). Having a hard time making vids due to hardware lag (this thing is old, lol). But I'm finding ways to manage it so I can make it work.
No big story here.
Just a plain (hot day, about 103 on this day) and after making my way up the Santa Fe Dam Hill (which is 7-10% grade, but it feels like 12 or more, losing weight is a bit difficult, lol), a fire broke out close to the entrance. Not really really close to people on top of the dam, but there are people that walk around where it broke out and some wildlife for sure.
The vid starts with me recording the fire from the backside of the trail, then you can see me rolling back towards it past the 210 FWY (going South). It's clearly visible everywhere at that point. It went from a semi small fire to a larger one, but it was contained pretty quickly.
SHOUT OUT TO ALL THE EMERGENCY SERVICE PERSONNEL.
ESPECIALLY THE PEOPLE WORKING DOWN IN THE BRUSH RIGHT NEXT TO THE FIRE TO CONTROL IT (it's difficult to see them, but they were definitely down there).
Short one this time!
Got vids already lined up and ready to be uploaded! See you guys again soon!
