Home prices are high and home sales are down because sellers are getting greedy, trying to charge as much as they can, HOWEVER if you apply for a loan you must get an appraisal, and these houses aren't appraising for what the sellers are asking hence the loan won't be approved unless the buyer will pay the difference cash, it can't be rolled into the mortgage..........JUST BECAUSE SELLERS ARE ASKING A PRICE DOESN'T MEAN THE HOUSE IS WORTH THAT AMOUNT........home prices aren't going greedy sellers asking prices are what's going up.....home prices are actually coming down, interest rates are going up.....a lot of sellers are pulling homes off the market in hopes prices will go back up..
They need to fix the Houseing system 14,000 to rent a home first month equal deposit and last month how the hell is this possible and still pay the first after giving that kinda of money
Yep, they are crashing....what's happening is there are sellers that are late to the party trying to get paid....their houses aren't appraising for what they are asking so loans aren't being approved.
Not as sad as you might think. For most people it ends up being a huge trap and point of content. People who don't own tend to have significantly less stress. Things can always change down the road.
It's a housing bubble, it's already popped.......wait about a year for everything to stabilize.....use that time to save money and work on your credit.
It’s incredible that our state that’s plagued by violent crime, alcoholism, spousal abuse, veteran neglect, drug addiction, child abuse & horrible education has such Amazing property values!! Go New Mexico🤣😂😱🥲
@@ryanarchuleta6231 Allot of the property owners & “investors” that are increasing the cost of living for hard working New Mexicans have never step foot in our state. I could care less about multi millionaires that want a fourth home in Sante Fe so they can walk around the Plaza on vacation covered in gawdy silver jewelry. Filthy rich people and mega corporations are buying up property all over New Mexico. All they’re effectively doing is making it harder for working people to have good housing in their reach so they don’t have to live in the ghetto!!! The American Dream is still alive but it’s getting really hard!
They are just recycling the cishady types and faking the home values. One family moves out, another one from usually VA, TX or CA is there to take it's place. Club members get homes and mortgages easy, everyone else that pays full price is a sucker. Massive overbuild and they are trying to dump it. It would be interesting to see if most of the homes are essentially govt. or corp. Owned...
