the whole thing at 5:57 was fucked, he didnt swing quite perfectly with the edge forwards, so it glanced off the head instead of piercing the skull, the amount of physics calculations that goes into something like that is wild, this is hugely impressive.
Can't believe Tomato died to a shelf. Well, okay, no, I definitely can believe that. The nugget in the credits is wearing the E.G.O. suit "Our Galaxy" from Child of the Galaxy.

what I reckon happened is the buckler that the enemy had on his hip clipped into the floor, and I guess they have an impact-with-environment system that got bugged and basically emulated an explosion.
i went frame by frame. the shield of the guy on the ground started rapidly colliding for some reason until it shot his body and 2h axe off like a missile 2 frames later and that collision of the axe into his leg is what damaged tomato
Been playing this game for a bit. Spears trivialize everything. They really need to edit them to be more balanced. Not for realism sake, but for funs sake. Feels like I have to default to either spear or scythe if i want to make any progress... the reach advantage means either you or the enemy will take damage as you close the gap.
