To my nose it smells like sweet pickle juice haha it’s amazing how each nose picks up something different when it comes to perfume.

The smell is gorgeous but not groundbreaking. And to get less than 1 ml of a sample around 13 dollars, that's a lot.

Thank you for the review! I really appreciate your channel! For me Santal 33 is a introvert scent, not to seduce or attract, but to stay in your cocoon, in a comfort zone. Also this perfume proved to be masterpiece because accounting it’s oddness it sells and sells for a lot of $$$. I love to work in this perfume, drive the car and listen something spiritual. It’s refreshing and calming, clean and complex, dry and wet -all at the same time. It gives ZEN.

Probably one of the most present long lasting fragrances i own but definitely relatable to nostalgia but unfortunately just a little to linear to my nose.

I bought a decant of this. I could smell nori right after spraying. There is freshness that I liked but the leather scent really rises to the surface on my skin. It's like being locked inside a new car with leather seats.

i get dill seasoned pieces of wood, at least on my skin! 😂 i love the le labo santal 33 laundress laundry detergent though! it smells really nice on clothes 🧡

Yes! Definitely wood scent with a little beer imo. Nordstrom sent me a free sample and I will not be purchasing this.

First hit was the DILL but once the dry down kicked in. It's not bad at all.. my everyday scent.

I love Santal 33, such a unique scent. Another 13 is also nice - but not for me as I feel like it leans more on masculine side, it smells great with my son though. Bergamote 22 also smells really good, fresh scent but not long lasting to me.

I wish i smelled more than pickles. I got a travel size (still expensive) a couple yrs ago assuming i would love it but unfortunately my nose just doesnt interpret it the way yours does. 😕

I like soft smells ..musty too but I went to the 1 hotel in Brooklyn and had the smell of santal immediately I fell in love wth the smell had to get the perfume and the candle..

I smell only sandalwood. Waste of money. I have a 5 pounds room fragrance who smells exactly the same. Expensive, not worth it.

Santal 33 and Another 13 are my favorites! I’m on third bottle of Another 13.😂I also have a travel size of The’ Noir 29 which I think would be nice in fall/winter evening out type fragrance.

How would say it compares to TF Santal Blush? I have been planning to get a bottle of SB but just can’t seem to pull the trigger. I think there is this nagging thought in the back of my brain saying , what if there is a better sandalwood frag out there? 😂😂😂 i don’t want to own several, just wanted to have one for my collection.

Maison Louis Marie no.4 bois de Balincourt is an identical scent all the way to the dry down . Not sure which came out first so I wouldn’t exactly call it a dupe. But it is a quarter of the price ... many fragrances (even niche) have dupes. I’m not a dupe kinda girl but it’s a nice option for those who can’t justify the purchase or just can’t afford it .Your Chanel is great 😊 you have a good nose 👃🏼. I am also a fragrance connoisseur

I bought a Le Labo discovery set recently which includes Santal 33. I don't smell the dill pickle most people smell, but I am not in love with it. The set included Bergomot 22 which I like much better.

I just bought Thé Noir 29 and Rose 31. Both are modern and just make me happy. Santal33 is pure dill pickle and it never changes. It’s frickin’ pickle, pickle, pickle alllllll day long!!

I have those 2 from le labo the rose 31 and noir 29. I mix half n half in an atomizer. They go so well together you should try it
