In Bahia’s land so bright and fair,
Lies Santana, with a zest in the air,
Where the beaches stretch and the laughter flows,
And the rhythm of samba forever grows.
The sun shines down on golden sands,
With friendly folks and waving hands,
Coconut water, fresh and sweet,
A cooling treat in the tropical heat.
In markets bustling, colors gleam,
A carnival of sights, like a vivid dream,
From acarajé to moqueca's delight,
Every bite a party, every flavor just right.
Capoeira dancers flip and spin,
In Santana's squares, where all join in,
With berimbau's twang and drum's loud beat,
They dance on air with agile feet.
The nights in Bahia are a starry show,
With moonlit dances and a gentle glow,
Forro music fills the night,
As couples twirl in pure delight.
Oh, Bahia's Santana, so full of cheer,
A place where every day’s a fiesta here,
With hearts as warm as the noonday sun,
In this joyous haven, life’s just begun!
